With the complexity of modern building projects, and the complexity of contracting and communication technologies, sometimes you need to just dig into and revel in the details. For this (and two additional large and high profile public CM/GC projects at University of Oregon), Day CPM performed a post-completion audit and detailed contract review. It required a detailed understanding of the project contacts and public sector regulations, coordinating that with hundreds of billings and special services, and following it all with intense focus on the paper trail. Our services were integrated into contract close-out and generated over $250,000 in refunds to the owner.
