Not just managing, but doing. Hospital projects and their mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are extraordinarily complex. Our strong construction experience and understanding of how things are built and used were crucial for Sacred Heart. Day CPM set up new protocols and processes for MEP coordination and commissioning and led the owner and construction team for all work, including writing specifications, determining the hierarchy of accessibility (in which vertical zones goes what), managing mock-ups of new facilities, and inspecting for quality control. We didn’t just say it had to happen—we did it. Then we followed through with post-occupancy problem resolution.
