Leading as the owner. Day CPM is successfully managing this multi-user, multi-phase, multi-building and multi-funded project by truly meshing with the client's systems and processes.

For example, budgeting and financial reporting are specifically tailored to the Owner's accounting categories, providing intuitive and seamless financial updates and projections. Uniquely, we're closely managing $60 million in medical equipment purchasing, including vendor negotiation.
