Tillamook County Transportation District – Bus Maintenance Facility

Tillamook, Oregon

The new bus maintenance facility will provide three complete maintenance/service bays with bus lift, parts and lubricants storage, mezzanine growth space and a drive-through bus wash bay for the District's 15 vehicle fleet. The building is located adjacent to administrative offices and other bus service structures creating a cohesive campus setting and completes the District's long-term capital expansion program.

The project was financed primarily with federal American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funding administered through the Oregon Department of Transportation.

Services

DAY CPM Services provided complete Owner representation services, program review, project and construction management, equipment and logistics planning, and full construction contract administration including all bidding activities, change order analysis and payment application reviews.
