Joshua Dodson

Joshua brings over thirteen years direct project and construction management experience with over $500 million personally managed dollars. His success stems from being in the owner's representative field for over a decade. Joshua has represented a variety of clients including k-12 and higher education, health care, developers, bonding companies, cities and counties. He is highly developed in team leadership and cohesion. Joshua's skills include presentations, communication, motivation of project teams, budgeting, scheduling, cost projections and control, contract and RFP preparation, Oregon competitive bidding and contracting laws, drawing reviews, estimating, change order processing, A/E, Consultant, and GC selections, government and jurisdictional relations and contract law. Joshua has a strong ability to gain a client's trust and maintain that trust throughout the client's project.
