Neil Brown

Neil has worked on approximately $2.5 billion worth of construction projects spanning several states and the Middle East. He is a certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt, an Engineer Intern awarded by the State of Delaware and member of the Project Management Institute. Neil's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Management from Oregon State University. He is nearing completion of his Masters of Engineering Management at Portland State University.

His commitment to managing people and processes is evident. He learned to speak Arabic when living in Egypt in order to lead local contracting teams and work with the Egyptian Government. Neil is currently representing the Medford School District in a construction project management role for their new $80M South High School. He is also an active partner with Portland area Minority, Women and Emerging Small Businesses as a preferred provider of technical and management support for the City of Portland's Sheltered Market Program. In total, Neil has developed and managed critical components for a wide range of clients throughout the world.
