Notice to Recruitment Agencies
DAY CPM (a division of Otak) has an internal Recruiting/Human Resources department and does not accept unsolicited resumes from temporary staffing agencies, placement services, and/or professional recruiters ("Agency") in response to job postings. Agencies are hereby specifically directed NOT to contact DAY CPM employees, hiring managers or our executive management team directly in an attempt to present candidates. All communication in this or related regards MUST be directed specifically to our Recruiting/Human Resources department
All vendors must have a fully executed, signed vendor agreement/contract to receive payment for your placement. The agreement must be dated no later than one year previous to the date of resume submission. Any resume or profile submitted to any employee of DAY CPM or Otak without having fully executed signed vendor contract/agreement in place will be considered property of Otak, and Otak or DAY CPM will not be held liable to pay a placement fee. It is the responsibility of the temporary staffing agencies, placement services, and/or professional recruiters ("Agency") to know, understand and abide by this policy.
