The City of Lake Oswego selected DAY CPM as the Owner's Representative for site changes to their Operations Department. Demolition and reconstruction took place throughout the site to allow more space and parking in order to facilitate the new project design.

DAY CPM assisted in bringing a more functional transportation facility to the City by constructing a new vehicle and equipment storage, maintenance administration building, parks maintenance and storage building, and a police evidence building. The Parks Department building, truck storage building, fueling station, and a truck wash pad were also implemented during this extensive project.

In addition to the numerous buildings that make up the Transportation Facility, there are also soil storage bins, a skate park, a storm water retention pond, grade material storage, and ample staff parking in order to best serve the city’s transportation needs. These upgrades made the facilities more standardized to city codes and provided a sustainable and functional transportation facility for the Lake Oswego community.
