City of Lake Oswego Transportation FacilitY

The City of Lake Oswego has selected DAY CPM Services as the Owner's Representative for site changes to the Operations Department. Demolition and reconstruction will be taking place throughout the site to allow more space and parking in order to facilitate the new project design.

DAY CPM will be assisting in bringing a more functional transportation facility to the city by constructing a new vehicle and equipment storage, maintenance administration building, parks maintenance and storage building, and a police evidence building. The Parks Department building, truck storage building, fueling station, and a truck wash pad will also be implemented during this extensive project. In addition to the numerous buildings that will make up the Transportation Facility, there will also be soil storage bins, a skate park, a storm water retention pond, grade material storage, and ample staff parking in order to best serve the city’s transportation needs. These upgrades will make the facilities more standardized to city codes and provide a sustainable and functional transportation facility for the Lake Oswego community.
