Lake Oswego Library

With the Lake Oswego Library being the busiest library in Clackamas County, with over 1.2 million items checked out each year, DAY CPM is excited about collaborating with the City of Lake Oswego to bring an updated version of this city landmark to the community by February 2017. On average, 900 visitors walk through the doors of the Lake Oswego Library each day, and with DAY CPM’s support on this project the renovations will only encourage more circulation.

The Lake Oswego Library was originally built in the 1980’s, the updates that will be taking place to the main floor, lobby and staff workroom, will facilitate bringing a new functionality to a classic structure. DAY CPM will coordinate and oversee the renovations to all three departments within the staff workroom, storage space and the repairs to the concrete floors throughout the building, delivering a more sustainable and efficient building to the Lake Oswego Community by Spring.
