Lake Oswego Library

The Lake Oswego Library is the busiest library in Clackamas County, with over 1.2 million items checked out each year, DAY CPM was excited to collaborate with the City of Lake Oswego to bring an updated version of this city landmark to the community. On average, 900 visitors walk through the doors of the Lake Oswego Library each day, and with DAY CPM’s support on this project, the renovations will only encourage more circulation.

The Lake Oswego Library was originally built in the 1980’s, the updates took place on the main floor, lobby and staff workroom, which facilitates bringing a new functionality to a classic structure. DAY CPM coordinated and oversaw the renovations to all three departments within the staff workroom, storage space and the repairs to the concrete floors throughout the building, delivering a more sustainable and efficient building to the Lake Oswego Community by Spring.
