Lillis Business Complex

Principal Mike Day provided Project Management Services for the renovation and addition to the University of Oregon’s Lillis Business Center. DAY managed the entire financial closeout process, aligning the schedule of values against contractor change orders and assessing and approving lien releases. 

The renovation included demolition of an existing “bridge building” and adding a four level, 150,000 square foot steel-frame replacement structure of classrooms and offices. The $30 million addition now connects two existing historic structures. Programming features included a large atrium space, auditorium, and lecture halls, learning centers, classrooms, computer labs, tutoring center, and faculty offices. The facility has a US Green Building Council LEED® Silver certification.
