Newberg School District

DAY CPM served as the Owner’s Representative and Project Manager for the Newberg School District’s $31 million bond initiative which funded the renovations for ten schools and the district office. The upgrades occurred simultaneously and often while classes were still in session throughout the District. DAY CPM's extensive knowledge and experience with scheduling, budgeting and planning enabled the District to meet its objective as efficiently as possible. DAY CPM worked closely with the design team, contractors, and school administrators to ensure that the students, staff, and parents that were impacted by the renovations remained apprised and up to date on the project.
