DAY CPM would like to congratulate the City of Lake Oswego on the much anticipated and long-awaited grand opening of the City's Maintenance Center!
The 47,220 square foot center is home to Public Works and Parks Maintenance and now boasts with new vehicle and equipment storage, maintenance administration building, parks maintenance, and storage building, and a police evidence building. The Center created space for a new Parks Department building, truck storage building, fueling station, and a truck wash pad was also implemented during this extensive project.
The City of Lake Oswego selected DAY CPM Services as the Owner's Representative for site changes to the Operations Department. Demolition and reconstruction took place throughout the site to allow more space and parking in order to facilitate the new project design.
In addition to the numerous buildings that make up the Maintenance Center, there are also soil storage bins, a skate park, a stormwater retention pond, grade material storage, and ample staff parking in order to best serve the city’s transportation needs. These upgrades made the facilities more standardized to city codes and provided a sustainable and functional transportation facility for the Lake Oswego community.
Thank you to the City of Lake Oswego for choosing DAY CPM to be a part of such a progressive and sustainable community resource.
