Oregon City SD Maintenance Facility

DAY CPM Principal, Joshua Dodson is currently serving as Project Manager for the Oregon City School District. The project involves the construction of a new 30,000 SF replacement facility for the transportation and maintenance departments and critical support staff. Under a CM/GC delivery method, the new facility was budgeted at $9.2M for construction. The original bids came in at $9.4M, by working with the CM/GC, verifying the scope and normalizing the bids, we were able to meet our budget.  

Prior to joining DAY CPM, Joshua Dodson provided Owner’s Representative Services for the Oregon City School District. Both bond programs included remodel upgrades across all schools including roofing, classroom additions, stadiums, turf fields, Senate Bill 1149 Energy program processing, and additions to two elementary schools.
