Oregon Liquor Control COmmission 

Department of Administrative Services, Procurement Services hired DAY CPM Services on behalf of OLCC to provide Project Management services as the Owner’s Representative for the 300 linear foot conveyor “Sortation” renovation project. This project consisted of installing the new conveyor system with a state of the art Warehouse control system integrated with the existing warehouse management system. In less than 7 months the project team was able to deliver this system without ever missing a shipping day. This successful Design-Build project “Done Right” came in 3 weeks ahead of schedule and under budget by $100,000.
