Reynolds School District

DAY CPM is excited to work with Reynolds School District to update the schools within this community into sustainable and secure buildings that will promote education and creativity. Acting as the Owner’s Representative, DAY CPM is working diligently to keep all aspects of this project within budget and the projected deadlines.

Through planning, construction management, value engineering, procurement, and contractor selection, DAY CPM’s team is representing the District in all aspects of the 2015 Bond Program. Utilizing the forward-thinking building designs chosen in the A/E procurement process for the new Fairview, Troutdale and Wilkes Elementary Schools, DAY CPM is focusing our efforts not only on the budget and timeline but to merge functionality with creative aesthetics. This comprehensive plan will foster a love for the community and maintain the District’s design views.

Reynolds High School will also be renovated by adding both general and science classrooms, expanding the cafeteria and common areas, relocating student support service, and connecting all out-building. The renovations will allow for a more secure and controlled access to the school and provide ample room for the school and students to grow and thrive in a sustainable building that will benefit the community for future generations.
