Trios Southridge Hospital
DAY CPM provided comprehensive management on all facets of this expansion project including owner representation and program management. Trios’ new Greenfield 74-bed replacement hospital included the development of a 40-acre site and incorporates 160,000 square feet acute care facilities. DAY CPM’s involvement covered site development, land use development, permit and plan review, medical equipment and IT technology integration oversight, and overall program management services. Additional master planning support services for future hospital expansion and other outpatient MOB facilities are also under development.
The hospital opened at 7 a.m. on July 14, 2014, with all patients moved by private ambulance from the Auburn Street site by noon.
The new seven-level, 160,000-square-foot facility is connected to Trios Southridge Hospital and provided space for outpatient provider practices, diagnostic imaging, laboratory, physical therapy, cardiac rehab, speech-language services, interventional pain procedures, and a coffee shop with indoor and outdoor seating.
